WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Our valued customer; The Manufacturer/Importer guarantees the product you have purchased under the following conditions.

1. The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the goods. The warranty period is 2 years for consumers covered by the law numbered 6502. The warranty period of the products replaced during the warranty period is limited to the warranty period of the purchased product.

a. As a result of the failure of the product, the time spent in repair for maintenance, repair and replacement will be added to the warranty period. The maximum repair time is ….. (depending on the product) business days. This period starts from the date of application made to the manufacturer/distributor company for a replacement to the service station. However, for products that are not received even though they have been notified that they have been repaired and/or the date of delivery was notified in advance, the period of service after the repair will not be added to the warranty period.

b. During the warranty period, as a result of the failure of the product due to material, manufacturing and assembly errors, maintenance, repair and labor costs and parts will be free of charge at our service stations.

c. In the event that the products offered for sale fail and repair or repair is not possible within the warranty period, replacement will be possible in line with the report to be given by our service stations.

d. Periodic maintenance, if any, must be carried out by authorized services in order to maintain the warranty period. Otherwise, your product will be out of warranty.

to. In case of malfunction within the warranty period, the owner of the product must apply to the authorized service with a Warranty Certificate.

f. The warranty application is only valid if it is done at the authorized service stations of the manufacturer/distributor.

2. The scope of the guarantee includes the whole of the goods, except those specified in the items not included in the guarantee; It covers the elimination of malfunctions that may arise due to manufacturing, assembly and material errors against fabrication and workmanship errors, the replacement of non-repairable parts or the repair and reuse of parts that can be reused when repaired. The warranty also covers the repair or replacement of parts by the authorized service and the labor fee depending on the problem arising under the warranty.

3. If it is understood that the goods are defective, the consumer, in Article 11 of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer; He can use one of his rights to renege on the contract, to request a discount from the sales price, to request a free repair, to request that the sold item be replaced with a non-defective one.

4. Issues not included in the warranty

a. Malfunctions that may occur as a result of non-standard additions or changes made in a way that violates the technical specifications and standards of the product

b. Defects caused by using the product contrary to the points in the user manual and/or not following the specified instructions

c. Failures caused by all kinds of disasters (fire, flood, flood, earthquake, etc.), accident and/or fire

d. Failures arising from faulty maintenance, adjustment, control and repairs made outside the authorized service

e. Misuse and misuse of the vehicle for the purpose, and damage and damage caused by this abuse and malfunctions.

f. Defects caused by the use of non-original and/or counterfeit parts

g. Swelling, fading, tearing on the parts of the vehicle for cleaning or polishing

h. Parts that wear out as a result of normal use and need to be changed over time, consumables and life-size materials, settings that may deteriorate as the product is used, and labor and material costs that may arise due to this reason.

5. In the following cases, the vehicle will be out of warranty.

a. Use of non-original spare parts or parts other than those recommended in the user manual

b. Inappropriate use of the vehicle and damages and losses caused by this misuse

c. Making all kinds of modifications on the product without the written permission of the distributor / manufacturer company and authorized institutions.

d. Intervention, disassembly and/or repair of the product by third parties or unauthorized services

to. If any, periodic maintenance is not done on time and at authorized services.

f. In case of damage and/or changes made on the identification numbers, letters, plates, labels that identify the product, such as the product serial number, the product is considered out of the scope of warranty.

g.Use your product in accordance with the User's Manual. Failure to use it in accordance with the User Manual will cause your product to be out of warranty.

 

6. Customers are obliged to inform the manufacturer/importer organizations to which the service stations are related, by letter or e-mail, about the disputes between them and the service stations regarding maintenance and repair.
